Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Private Limited
1. Acceptance of Terms
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the access to and use of the website and services ("Platform") operated by Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Private Limited ("Adisiddhi", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform or availing any service through it, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Nature of Services (Intermediary Role)
Adisiddhi acts solely as an intermediary / facilitator for booking travel-related services including but not limited to:
● Flights
● Hotels
● Buses
● Trains
● Travel insurance
● Other ancillary travel services
Adisiddhi does not own, operate, manage, or control any airline, hotel, transport operator, railway service, or insurance provider.
Adisiddhi earns commission and/or service fees only for facilitating bookings.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
All travel services are provided by third-party service providers ("Service Providers").
When you make a booking through Adisiddhi:
● A direct and separate contract is formed between you and the respective Service Provider
● Adisiddhi is not a party to such contract
● The Service Provider’s terms, conditions, rules, and policies shall apply
Adisiddhi shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, defaults, delays, or failures of any Service Provider.
4. Brand Ownership & Payment Entity
MTP, MyTP, and ASTHPL are brand names, trade names, or operating names owned and operated by Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Private Limited.
Any reference to MTP, MyTP, or ASTHPL on the Platform, mobile applications, invoices, emails, WhatsApp communications, marketing material, or payment pages shall be deemed to refer to Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Private Limited only.
All payments made by Users for any booking, service, convenience fee, or charge—irrespective of the brand name displayed—are received solely in the bank account of Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Private Limited.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that no separate contractual, financial, or legal liability shall arise against any brand name or trade name, and that Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Private Limited shall be the sole contracting and payment-receiving entity for all services facilitated through the Platform.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
● All information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete
● You have authority to provide details of other travelers
● You will comply with all applicable laws, including immigration, customs, health, and foreign exchange laws
● You are solely responsible for checking visa requirements, passport validity, travel advisories, and eligibility
Adisiddhi shall not be liable for denial of boarding, entry, stay, or service due to User non-compliance.
6. Pricing & Payments
● Prices displayed are subject to availability and confirmation by Service Providers
● Final pricing is governed by Service Provider policies
● Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways
● Adisiddhi does not store credit/debit card details
Any additional charges levied by Service Providers shall be borne by the User.
7. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds
● All cancellations, amendments, and refunds are governed strictly by Service Provider policies
● Adisiddhi’s service fees / convenience fees may be non-refundable
● Refund timelines depend on Service Providers and banking systems
Adisiddhi shall not be liable for delays or denial of refunds caused by Service Providers or banks.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adisiddhi shall not be liable for:
● Flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or overbooking
● Quality, safety, or suitability of hotels or services
● Visa rejection or travel document issues
● Personal injury, illness, accident, loss, or death
● Loss of profits, data, or opportunity
● Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, technical failures)
In any event, Adisiddhi’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee charged by Adisiddhi for the specific booking.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adisiddhi, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, or expenses arising out of:
● Your breach of this Agreement
● Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you
● Violation of applicable laws
● Disputes between you and Service Providers
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including text, logos, graphics, and software is the intellectual property of Adisiddhi or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Suspension & Termination
Adisiddhi reserves the right to suspend or terminate User access or cancel bookings without notice in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or legal violation, without any liability.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Dwarka, New Delhi.
13. Amendments
Adisiddhi reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
