Refund & Cancellation Policy

Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd

1. General

Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd (“Adisiddhi”, “we”, “us”) acts solely as an intermediary / facilitator for travel-related bookings.

All bookings made through our platform are subject to the terms, conditions, and refund policies of the respective third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, bus operators, railways, and insurance providers.

2. Cancellations

● Cancellation requests are governed strictly by the policies of the respective service providers

● The refundable amount, if any, depends on:

○ Time of cancellation

○ Fare or booking type

○ Service provider rules

Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd does not guarantee cancellation acceptance or refund approval.

3. Refund Processing

● Refunds are initiated only after the refunded amount is received from the service provider

● Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment only

● Typical processing time is 7-21 working days, which may vary depending on service provider, bank, or payment gateway

Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.

4. Service Fee / Convenience Fee (IMPORTANT)

● Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd charges a service fee / convenience fee for facilitating bookings and providing customer support

● Such service fee is non-refundable by default

● Any refund of service fee shall be solely at the discretion of Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd, depending on the nature of the transaction, circumstances of cancellation, and internal policies

● Even if the service provider issues a full refund, Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd may retain the service fee

5. Partial Refunds

● In certain cases, service providers may issue partial refunds due to penalties, no-shows, or policy restrictions.

● Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for any difference between the amount paid by the User and the amount refunded by the service provider.

6. No-Show Policy

● In case of a no-show (failure to avail the booked service), refunds (if any) are governed entirely by the service provider’s policy

● In most no-show cases, no refund is applicable

7. Force Majeure

Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for cancellations or refunds arising due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

● Natural disasters

● Pandemics or epidemics

● Government orders or travel restrictions

● Airline or supplier operational issues

Refunds, if any, in such cases are subject solely to service provider policies.

8. Incorrect Information / Non-Compliance

No refund shall be applicable for cancellations, failures, or losses arising due to:

● Incorrect passenger or booking details

● Invalid or insufficient travel documents

● Visa rejection

● Failure to comply with airline, hotel, or government regulations

9. Travel Insurance

● Refunds and claims related to travel insurance are governed exclusively by the insurer’s policy.

● Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd does not decide or process insurance refunds or claims.

10. Dispute Resolution

● Any dispute relating to refunds or cancellations shall be governed by the User Agreement and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Dwarka, New Delhi.

Brand Ownership & Payment Entity

MTP, MyTP, and ASTHPL are brand names, trade names, or operating names owned and operated by Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd.

Any reference to MTP, MyTP, or ASTHPL on the website, mobile platform, communications, invoices, marketing materials, or payment pages shall be deemed to refer to Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd only.

All payments made by Users for any booking, service, or fee—irrespective of the brand name displayed—are received solely in the bank account of Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd.

Users acknowledge and agree that no separate contractual, financial, or legal liability shall arise against any brand name or trade name, and that Adisiddhi Travel and Hospitality Pvt Ltd shall be the sole contracting and payment-receiving entity.
